2013-02-206 million SEK in programme support for CFBUPH
The Centre for Research on Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CFBUPH) has been granted 6 million SEK in programme support from the FAS (The Swedish Council for Working Life and Social Research) to study the impacts of changed living conditions on child and adolescent mental health.
Out of a total of 21 applications in the area of Children's and young people's early life conditions, 3 were approved. Programme support grants are approved for an initial period of three years (SEK 2 million per year) with the option for extension of another three years. The applications were reviewed by an international panel of researchers within the area. In step one a selection of applications was chosen for a deeper review in step two. The panel ranked the applications, with support of external experts, before proposing 3 applications in the area of Children's and young people's early life conditions to be approved by FAS’s board.
This programme is in collaboration between the Centre for Research on Child and Adolescent Mental Health at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ and the Department of Education and Special Education at the University of Gothenburg.
