The year 2019 was an eventful year marked by new research initiatives, collaboration and dissemination of knowledge. Some of the highlights this year were for example the launch of the Swedish Innovation Index, a new way to measure innovation in Swedish companies from the customers’ perspective. Several of our researchers at CTF were visible in the public debate, especially with focus on the climate, public transport and retail. We developed and offered advanced skills development courses for professionals in the business sector. We arranged a number of events, published at a high pace, and welcomed several new members to CTF. You can read about this and much more in our annual report 2019.
