Courses in Service Innovation
2014-07-02This fall, CTF, Service Research Center at ¹û¶³´«Ã½, will offer four online courses in Service Innovation. The courses are based on CTFs world-leading research in the field and are intended for professionals working with or having an interest in service, customer experiences and business development. All that is required to participate is a computer and an internet connection.
The approach of the courses is flexible and consists among others of short video lectures and group work. Communication between teachers and participants will be conducted via online meetings, webinars and other social media that allows for interaction. The courses are free, but enrollment is required.
The new web-based courses are made possible through a collaboration between CTF and a number of companies and is developed within the project Use It which is funded by the Knowledge Foundation.
