Martina Caic, new postdoc at CTF
2020-01-24We welcome Martina Caic, new postdoctoral researcher at CTF. During the next two years, she will, among other things, conduct research on how new technologies affects value co-creation within different networks of actors.
Martina Caic holds a PhD from Maastricht University, the Netherlands, where she was a Marie Curie Fellow within the EU-funded project Service Design for Innovation Network, SDIN. The SDIN project was funded by Horizon 2020 during 2015-2018.
Her research addresses customer experiences in value networks, with a particular focus on robotic and ambient assisted living technologies. Specifically, she conducts applied research in healthcare, healthy aging contexts, using service design mindset, methods, and tools to better understand users’ perceptions of and experiences with disruptive technologies.
Her dissertation is entitled "Designed to Serve: Social Robots in Value Networks".
