 - During my stay at CTF I will be working on my paper about crossing service systems boundaries with my co-writers Tilo Böhmann, Universität Hamburg, Bo Edvardsson and Bard Tronvoll, CTF. I will also meet with researchers at CTF that are working on the same topic. This is my third time in ¹û¶³´«Ã½, I was here for the QUIS Conference in 2013, and for the FMM forum in 2014. My main area of research is service systems integration in healthcare. Since 2012 I have been working in a scientific project funded by German Federal  Ministry of Education and Research called Psychenet. Psychenet is Hamburg's network for mental health and represents a complex service  system in mental health care. I have conducted analyses in the area of resource integration, value co-creation and facilitating and inhibiting integration factors within this project. I am a lecturer for IT- Innovation & Transfer, supervisor for several other Master's  courses, and counselor for ITMC Master students referring to study abroad and internships, says Oskana Tokar.
