In order to be admitted to a later stage of a programme, it is required that applicants meet the requirements for the current programme and have completed courses corresponding to the programme's previous semesters. You can read about each programme's requirements on the respective program page at kau.se.

Before you apply for admission to a later stage of a programme, you should contact the current programme's Study and Career Counsellor for more information about the programme's content and structure and which documents you should attach to your application. You will find contact information on the current programme's page on kau.se

You may be admitted if you meet one of the following requirements:

• Completed independent courses at ¹û¶³´«Ã½, which is also part of one of ¹û¶³´«Ã½'s programmes
• Completed courses at another college/university that correspond to the content of programmes at ¹û¶³´«Ã½
• Studies the corresponding programme at another college/university
• Studies a similar programme at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ or another college/university

Please note that it is not possible to be admitted to the latter part of the first semester of a programme as the places are reserved for new students.

How do I apply to a later stage of a programme?

In order for ¹û¶³´«Ã½ to be able to assess your qualifications, you need to upload documents on antagning.se/universityadmissions.se that prove that you have the prior knowledge required for the current semester on the programme. The following documentation needed is:

• Course plans for the courses you have completed at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ or another college/university.
• Bibliography for the courses you have completed at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ or another college/university.
• Curriculum for the programme you are currently studying or have previously studied.
• Other documents that you want to invoke to prove your eligibility.

Students already studying at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ have priority in admission to the later part of a programme.
