7.5 ECTS creditsInstruction is in the form of lectures, exercises, seminars, field trips, and supervision in connection with exercises, group work, and projects.
The course covers the following:
- Contract law, standard agreement, branch regulations, legislation pertaining to the construction process
- Tender invitation, requirements from the perspective of the constructor, procurement and forms of procurement, procurement of sub-contractors and consultants, the Public Procurement Act
- Work environment requirements, the work environment rules that apply between clients and entrepreneurs, and work environment efforts on construction sites
- Risk identification, assessment, and management in terms of work environment
- Rules for concrete constructions class II

Admission requirements
90 ECTS credits completed in the Building and Construction Engineering programme with a specialisation in house construction, including Construction Management I (7.5 ECTS credits), and Computer Aided Construction Design in a BIM Process (20 ECTS credits), or equivalent
Selection:
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
