Contract Law with Damage Law
15.0 ECTS creditsThe course offers a thorough study of general and specific contract law, purchase of real and moveable estate and legal claims. Damage claims and insurance law are outlined. Purchase of moveable property is treated from both a commercial and a consumer perspective. In the area of claims the emphasis is on non-negotiable and negotiable instruments of debt. In the area of agency, the focus is on power of authority, commission and commercial agency.
Specific contract law treats standard agreements and subcontracting. Also included is the societal significance of an agreement in terms of economy.
