Corporate Law
7.5 ECTS creditsStudents acquire basic knowledge of the rules pertaining to limited companies, partnerships and limited partnerships, non-profit associations and foundations. Students also acquire the basics of accounting law. The role of the auditor in a limited company is also addressed.
