Theories of Social Work
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course outlines theories and perspectives employed in social work practice and research. Current research is reviewed in terms of its relevance to social work. The course also includes a specialisation of a theoretical perspective related to a chosen social problem. There is also an emphasis on the importance of theoretical perspectives to the practical measures taken.

Bachelor degree 180 ECTS cr in Social Work or Social Care. Upper secondary level Swedish B/3 or Swedish as a second language B/3, English A/6, or equivalent
Selection:
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
