Degree Project in Social work
15.0 ECTS creditsThe course is in the form of a degree project on a problem in the chosen programme specialisation area. Students plan, carry out, document and defend an independent empirical study in a chosen area, individually or in pairs.
At the initial seminar, the students' project proposals are discussed and linked to central methodological and theoretical issues. Supervision is individual or in groups and a mid-seminar session is organised. At the final seminar students defend their own project, review and discuss the work of a fellow-student, and actively partake in the discussion of other projects presented.

Admission requirements
Social work/care studies 1-90 ECTS cr including degree project 15 ECTS cr and 15 ECTS cr social work at master level including methodology and methods, or equivalent, plus upper secondary school Swedish B/Sw2 B or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
