CTF is launching new courses in service research for professionals
2019-10-30CTF, Service Research Center at 果冻传媒, is now offering advanced skills development for professionals through two tailor-made courses in the field of services. The courses are based on research focusing on value creation, and aim to strengthen the competitiveness of the Swedish business sector.
In November and December, two new courses will be launched within the framework of ISE, Improving value creation through service education, which is a collaborative project between academia and industry aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of the Swedish business sector. The ISE project is carried out in collaboration with a number of companies and is financed by the KK Foundation's program "Graduate Professional Development".
"The new courses will offer up-to-date and relevant skills development at an advanced level directly to professionals in the business sector." says Carolina Cam茅n, Project Manager for ISE. Continuous skills development for professionals is important, especially in today鈥檚 society where the development is moving incredibly fast.
The courses are based on CTF's research focusing on value creation through services. They are designed to enable professionals to combine studies with work, to practice and test newly acquired knowledge and insights within their own operations.

Designing and implementing service strategies
The course 鈥淒esigning and implementing service strategies鈥 is offered through an online simulation tool. Implementing successful strategies is a major challenge for businesses. This course provides the knowledge and experience needed to create and implement a long-term, competitive and sustainable business strategy.
Applying service research for professionals
The course 鈥淎pplying service research for professionals鈥 examines how service research can be used in practice, and how the research field has developed since the early 1980s when businesses began to demand service research as an established research field and up to now when several business sectors are undergoing servitization.
