Dual Careers: Are you accompanied by a partner?
Giving accompanying partners opportunities to make the best of their new situation is an important success factor to thrive in a new country/city. ¹û¶³´«Ã½ therefore offers the opportunity for your partner to take part in a programme which is offered once every semester.
The programme is a cooperation between universities in Sweden and consists of workshops, on the labour market, looking for a job, intercultural communication and so on.Â

Recognition of foreign qualifications
The Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) evaluates foreign qualifications in order to provide support for people looking for work in Sweden, people who wish to continue studying or for employers who wish to employ someone with foreign qualifications.
If your partner is looking for a job in Sweden and has a foreign higher education or vocational training, the evaluation from the Swedish Council for Higher Education could be a really important step. The evaluation is usually free of charge.
