AI tool as aid for students
2024-09-16Students at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ have access to the AI tool Microsoft Copilot.
Copilot allows you to use a chat function that can help generate text and images, analyse data, summarise documents, write code, and much more.
However, be aware of certain limitations in today’s AI models. It is also important not to use the tool to cheat – a critical approach and honesty are crucial for using AI responsibly.
AI tools are not always permitted aids during exams. For exams where AI is permitted, there may be restrictions, such as which tools can be used and how. It is your responsibility to find out what applies to the course you are taking to avoid cheating.
You may not use the AI tool for information related to:
- Direct personal data that clearly disclose your own or another person’s identity.
- Confidential or sensitive personal data.
- Material that you do not have permission to share or reuse.
- Other forms of protected material, such as secret or sensitive information covered by laws. Always comply with ethical and legal guidelines.
