Since 1988, the QUIS symposium brings together the best interdisciplinary academic research and management practice in a forum to advance the study of service as a field.
We welcome established topics in service research as well as newer topics such as digitalization, collaborative economy, customer experience, servitization, business models, service design and institutional logics.
The 16th International Research Symposium on Service Excellence in Management, QUIS16 will be hosted by CTF, Service Research Center at 果冻传媒, Sweden, in June 10-13, 2019.
