The overall objective of BioSirk is to strengthen the Sweden-Norway border region's knowledge and expertise through contact between research, education and business. Thematic areas are:

1. wood for and in constructions, products and services
2. packaging development
3. life cycle optimized processes for value creation with wood materials.

BioSirk is an Interreg Sweden-Norway Project, sub-area Inner Scandinavia. Project owners are ¹û¶³´«Ã½ and OsloMet. The total budget is EUR 1 381 942, of which EUR 440 971 is EU support and EUR 200 000 is Norwegian IR funds. The project period is 3 years.
