My research can be said to be about interaction and relationship and revolve around

-Digital health innovation in the care and care of the elderly, during pregnancy and childbirth, in diabetes type I and in intensive care.

-Patient, staff, relatives and students' experiences of Intensive Care during the Covid-19 pandemic as well as

-The organization's teamwork and patient safety, as well as close encounters in the event of serious illness

I mainly teach at post graduate education programs with a focus on intensive care nursing, district nursing, operating room nursing and ambulance nursing where I supervise and examine students in degree projects.

I have previously also taught in all semesters of the graduate education for nursing students.

I am project manager in a collaborative project funded by ¹û¶³´«Ã½ and Region Värmland that investigates intensive care nurses' introduction and supervision of employees and students with a focus on challenges for learning and teamwork in the care of seriously ill patients during the covid-19 pandemic.

I am a member of a European network for intensive care nurses, EfCCNa, and the group of PhD intensive care nurses in a.

I also collaborate with scientists from Norway in various projects.

I graduated in Nursing in 1994 and post graduated in intensive care in 1998 at Umeå University. My clinical experience is found mainly in emergency care, post-operative care and intensive care.

I started working at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ in 2005 and have since been employed as a clinical teacher and teacher in nursing science. After I completed my dissertation in 2015 with the thesis , as a university lecturer I was assigned as the course supervisor for Scientific methods in nursing and Thesis in nursing and as an examiner for the course Nursing in case of symptoms and signs of ill health.
