Linda Bergkvist is assistant professor in information systems at ������ý Business School, ������ý and researcher at CTF – Service Research Center – in ������ý, Sweden. Linda earned her Ph.D from ������ý in 2014 with her dissertation . The research focused on outsourcing, business relationship development and leadership and was conducted in collaboration with the IT industry, where both national and international business relations have been studied. The contribution is a framework for supporting managers in outsourcing situations.

Today, her research is focused on digitalisation including business development with IT, implementation and adoption of digital technology, and data-driven organizations. She is also involved in research on transformation of the Swedish health-care system.

Besides Lindas position as a researcher she also lectures undergraduate and graduate cources in business development with IT (i.e., digitalisation) at ������ý Business School. She also has great experience in supervision at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate level.
