Research
My research is mainly focused on two areas.聽
One is on the psychological effects and experiences of mind-body methods such as qigong, dance and mindfulness as well as other forms of physical activities.
The other area is focused on nature connection as a source of wellbeing and as an antecedent of positive sustainable attitudes and behaviors.
I co-supervise a phd student in physiotherapy studying free dance to manage chronic pain.
