In case of unexpected events
On this page you find information on what to do if something happens. In the event of an emergency, always call 112 first.
Emergency situation
In case of emergency, call 112 to reach emergency services, police or to call for an ambulance, talk to an on-call priest or receive medical advice in case of emergency poisoning. Do not end the conversation before receiving instructions from the emergency dispatcher.
Fire
How to act in case of a fire:
- Rescue
Get yourself or others who need help to safety - Warn
Alert those around you that there is a fire - Sound the alarm
If the emergency alarm has not gone off, trigger the fire alarm or call 112
If an ambulance is needed, you must call 112 as this is not automatically triggered by the emergency alarm - Extinguish
Only extinguish the fire if it is possible to safely do so
