The leadership of the future, 5 ects
This course deals with leadership and the practical implementation of leadership. Together with other course participants, you will take part of and learn more about theories, concepts and models and discuss various issues and challenges.
The course endeavours to:Â
- enable the course participants to differentiate between management and leadership
- acquire an overview of key leadership models, skills, attitudes
- explore and practice key attitudes and mobilise toolboxes transportable back to their workplace
Learning will combine sharing knowledge, using real world examples and building on peer dialogue and feedback. The course ambitions to focus on topics of societal relevance at the current juncture.Â

EXAMINATION
Examination of the learning outcomes will be done through written and oral assignments, which you present and discuss at seminars.
ABOUT THE COURSE
In the course, theory and practice are being alternated as well as working actively with assignments and being active in lectures and discussions with lecturers and other course participants. The course is at advanced level, and gives 5 ECTS credits. The course is held in English.Â
This course is a distance course and teaching is carried out via Canvas, ¹û¶³´«Ã½'s learning platform.Â
PREREQUISITES
90 ECTS credits completed in social, behavioural, or natural science, including at least 30 ECTS credits at the G2F lever or higher, at least 2 years of relevant work experience, and upper secondary level English 6 or A, or equivalent.
