Dance for physical education teachers, secondary education

The course focuses on modern dance in Physical Education for lower secondary school (grades 7-9) and Physical Education and Health I and II for upper secondary school. The course comprises the following components:
- Music, pulse, and rhythm
- Dance and movement
- Methods in dance education
- Planning dance components and follow-up

Progressive specialisation: G1F (has less than 60 credits in first鈥恈ycle course/s as entry requirements)
Education level: Undergraduate level
Admission requirements
30 ECTS credits in Sports Science, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
