Current Research in Networked Systems
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course comprises two parts: a seminar series and an independent project.
The seminar series includes literature study and discussion of a selection of articles on networked systems. Themes can vary from one course instance to the next. Each student is expected to chair a seminar and also present the topic of the seminar in a written report. The seminar series constitutes preparation for the independent project. Some of the seminars can also be chaired by the course coordinator.
The independent project offers individual students the opportunity to specialise in a topic related to the theme of the course. The independent project is presented in an oral presentation and a written report.

Admission requirements
Advanced communication networks (5 ECTS credits) and Internet architectures and protocols (5 ECTS credits), plus upper secondary level English 6, or equivalent
Selection:
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
