Academic English
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course focuses on students' academic English skills. Written and oral proficiency is developed through assignments designed to help students improve and gain confidence in their English production. Topics include English pronunciation, choice of vocabulary and expression, and syntactic structures, as well as styles used when producing different text types. The course includes general writing skills but has a special emphasis on academic writing.

General admission requirements plus upper secondary level English 6 or B, or equivalent
Selection:
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
