Classic British children's literature
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course deals with a representative selection of British literature for children from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. A historical perspective on contemporary children's literature in the fantasy and more realistic genres is provided. The course includes basic literary analysis in practice and some introduction to theories and criticism in the research field of children's literature.
