Spanish III: The History and Theory of Spanish Literature
7.5 ECTS creditsStudents read, analyse and interpret a representative selection of Spanish-speaking literary works from the 16th, 20th, and 21st centuries, and acquire in-depth knowledge of literary epochs and genres. The works are selected to illustrate and explain the development of literature in the Spanish-speaking world, and students develop their ability to reflect on the relation between different literary periods and analyse texts with the help of literary theories.
