Health, environment and sustainable development
15.0 ECTS creditsThe course starts out from key environmental and resource-related problems and relates them to sustainability efforts relevant to health at the levels of individuals, organisations, and society. Sustainable development and health are discussed from ecological, economic, and social perspectives. The course provides an environmental and sustainability-oriented perspective on public health, including local, regional, national, and global examples connected to the 17 global sustainability goals of the UN (Agenda 2030) and the Swedish environmental quality objectives.

37.5 ECTS credits in Public Health Science, or equivalent
