1.5 ECTS creditsThe course introduces the significance of personal and professional development for a future career and professional identity,
The aim of the course is for students to develop the ability to evaluate and reflect upon their own professional approach and acquire an in-depth understanding of personal traits, experiences, and knowledge that may be relevant for their future role as social workers.
Instruction is in the form of supervision in groups and one week of Personal and Professional Development (PPU) which involves lectures and seminars. The course also includes written components focused on reflection.
