Commissioned education
Competence development, competence supply, further education, continuing education, reskill, upskill and certainly many more names are used for what KAU calls "commissioned education". Commissioned education is skills development for professionals where the employer is responsible for financing the training. Commissioned education is an important part of the university's collaboration with the surrounding society, whether regional or national.
Course on process-orientation. A growing number of private and public sectors in Sweden are working with a process-oriented approach to look up across organizational boundaries in order to create easier and safer flows. The course is aimed at those who want to learn the basics of process orientation and work to develop and manage an Occupation. We will use a concept of co-production of working methods to "makeÌýit happen" in practice. A joint development of working methods that take place within the course, which can then be adapted for use "on home ground." The courses are aimed atÌý those who are interested in and responsible for effective business development in the public and private sectors. (This course is only provided in Swedish.)
