SOL stands for School Development, Organization, and Leadership. Research within the SOL group at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ contributes to knowledge formation in these areas. Sometimes, knowledge formation alone is not enough; concrete actions are also needed to contribute to improvements in schools. Collaboration between researchers, teachers, principals, and other professionals in schools is a common feature. The knowledge formation is aimed at being practice-developing and relevant to schools and preschools, with a high aspect of usefulness from a societal perspective.
