LISA-PLOT
Linking Instruction and Student Achievement – Professional Learning Observations of Teaching
LISA-PLOT is a combined research and development project investigating the importance of peer feedback and video-based group reflections for the development of teachers' teaching quality. Teachers are trained to use research-based criteria as a basis for observing and giving feedback to each other on their teaching. In the project, we explore the potential of a subject didactic network collaboration between researchers, development leaders, teachers and principals with the aim of enabling good conditions for long-term sustainable teaching development. The research group includes Michael Tengberg, Marie Wejrum, Anette Forssten Seiser, Monica Evermark and Marie Pilfalk.
The researchers collaborate with teachers and school leaders from the participating municipalities.
