My research is fundamental and yet of applied relevance. The common thread is the interaction between components in complex systems; polymer-polymer, polymer-colloid, and interactions during concentration gradients. In addition, penetration, electron transfer and fluorescence models have been studied.

My starting point has been that cooperative research reinforces findings; to study the same scientific question from several aspects leads to a more comprehensive picture of the studied system.

I collaborate with scientists at Material Physics at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ on systems relevant for organic photovoltaics. Collaborations with scientists at other universities include Lund University, Linköping University, and Chalmers University of Technology – all in Sweden, as well as Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium.

My research gets financial support from the Swedish National Space Agency and the Knut and Alice Wallenberg foundation.
