Ph D Student in Business Administration, you spent the spring semester in London and in Toronto. What did you do there?
- I spent the spring semester at Royal Holloway, University of London, where I was invited by Dr Alan Bradshaw, and at York University in Toronto where I worked with Dr Detlev Zwick. I spent about three months at each university. It was a great experience as it gave me the opportunity to collaborate with academics whose work I find inspiring. I received valuable feedback for my research, jointly worked on papers which have been accepted to conferences and will be submitted to academic journals, and discussed potential future collaborations. I also met with other faculty members and fellow Ph D candidates to discuss mutual research interests, attended workshops, seminars and presentations at both universities as well as at other institutions in England and Canada. As I am now entering my final year of my Ph D studies, I am mostly focusing on writing and submitting papers to journals and developing the Kappa of my Thesis.
