Research Method, Development and Practical Placement: Vocational Education

Students develop knowledge of research methods and theory of science as they
-plan, conduct, review, and evaluat毛 an independent development project under supervision,
-identify, formulate, and delimit a subject-specific teaching methodology issue,
-choose and apply a relevant evaluation method,
-seek, evaluate, and study research in the area,
-critically analyse and compile empirical material,
-learn about legal restrictions and ethical principles in the use of different types of methods and material, and
-present and discuss their own and others' development projects.
Module 2
In this module, students
- interpret and implement central steering documents,
- independently plan, lead, conduct, and follow up teaching which integrates digital resources,
- analyse and problematise school development projects,
- analyse their own professional and continued development in relation to the role and purpose of education and relevant theories, and
- plan and conduct teaching in their own subject using an open-minded, critical approach.
