This fall, CTF, Service Research Center at ¹û¶³´«Ã½, will offer four online courses in Service Innovation. The courses are based on CTFs world-leading research in the field and are intended for professionals working with or having an interest in service, customer experiences and business development. All that is required to participate is a computer and an internet connection.
The approach of the courses is flexible and consists among others of short video lectures and group work.

M4D2014 the 4th HumanIT conference on Mobile Communication for Development was held in Dakar, Senegal, April 7-10. John Sören Pettersson together with other HumanIT researchers track chairs. John Sören also made a demonstration of a local WiFI setup of the new web-based Ozlab.

 - With the help of our mobile app, we hope to gain more knowledge about travelers experiences and needs.
