Angela Caridà, research fellow at University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro, Italy, will be visiting CTF during the next three months.
Angela Caridà have a Ph D in Economic and Management of Healthcare.
Her main areas of interest are service innovation, interactive marketing and co-creation.
Herbjörn Nysveen is a Professor in Marketing at the Department for Strategy and Management at the Norwegian School of Economics, Bergen, Norway. He will be visiting CTF during the next 9 moths.
Herbjörn Nysveen teaches in the area of Consumer Behavior and Product Development.

A. Parasuraman is a Professor and Holder of the James W.
Markus Fellesson has been promoted to Associate Professor in Business Administration at ¹û¶³´«Ã½. His areas of research are on customer-, marketing and organization practice within the service sector. In addition to his research at CTF and Samot, The Service and Market Oriented Transport Research Group at ¹û¶³´«Ã½, he also teaches business administration at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Business School.
Most of his research is conducted within Samot.
We are happy to welcome ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Airport and Västra Götalands Region as a new partners in Samot, our Public Transport Research Group. We look forward to an exciting collaboration.

 - My area of research is in psychology and I look at how people, as customers or users think, feel and act when they buy goods and services from businesses.
