Jörg Pareigis defended his doctoral thesis in Business Administration "Customer experiences of resource integration - Reframing servicescapes using scripts and practices" on September 28. Professor Peter Thilenius from Uppsala University was the opponent.  Abstract It is widely acknowledged that value can be regarded as interactively formed by customers through the integration of a variety of resources.

    Huang Yidan, Wang Xiaohong and Chaoren Lu are new Ph D Students in Business Administration at ¹û¶³´«Ã½. They will all be doing their Ph D studies within Samot, our public transport research group, with focus on sustainability, value creation and service innovation.

His areas of research are on customer-, marketing and organization practice within the service sector. In addition to his research at CTF and Samot, The Service and Market Oriented Transport Research Group at ¹û¶³´«Ã½, he also teaches business administration at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Business School. Most of his research is conducted within Samot.
