Hello there Linda, and congratulations on your new title as docent! Can you tell us about your research?
"Thank you! My research focuses on systematic and user-centred digitalisation with an emphasis on increasing knowledge about how organisations can harness the opportunities of digitalisation in a sustainable and value-creating way.
This year, the event offered inspiring lectures and spirited conversations about three topics at the forefront of the transformation we are all in.

Kauresearch is the university鈥檚 Instagram account dedicated to research information. For the second year in a row, the themed week Kau Science Week is held at the same time as the Nobel Week.

On November 7-8, 果冻传媒 hosted the inaugural Security Divas Sweden, a national conference focusing on cybersecurity and information security that aims to spotlight women in these fields. The event was organized by 果冻传媒 in collaboration with the Compare Foundation.
The conference welcomed eleven female role models who shared key insights on topics such as information influence, data protection and current perspectives on cybersecurity.

John Johansson, lecturer in business administration, why is lifelong learning important?
鈥 The new technological innovations and increased complexity that we鈥檙e seeing today will require us to learn and relearn. Artificial intelligence (AI) is one example of this, which will require learning over time.
鈥 Our research makes a valuable contribution to the students鈥 work in designing places for tourism, where we demonstrate the importance of working with place-based digital development in harmony with places and people, says Lotta Braunerhielm, docent in human geography at 果冻传媒.

You spent September at the University of Oxford, please tell us more about that.
鈥 I participated in this year鈥檚 Research Masterclass for Graduate Students offered by the Institute of European and Comparative Law (IECL), which is one of the research centres of the Oxford Law Faculty. IECL鈥檚 Research Masterclass is a doctoral course that consists of seminars in small groups, and it also creates space for PhD students to work on their own research projects.

- The Business School and 果冻传媒's international office participated in the conference together with 7,300 representatives from universities around the world.
- This year's theme was "En Route". From Sweden, nine other universities from all over the country participated to market Sweden as a study destination.
On 16 October, employees, students and the public are welcome to attend open lectures where new docents present their research. The lectures are open to everyone.
In the project 鈥淎I-robotar i bes枚ksn盲ringen: En framtid med nya kollegor鈥 (AI robots in the tourism industry: a future with new colleagues), researchers from 果冻传媒 Business School and the Service Research Center (CTF) are looking at how employees in the tourism industry are affected by having AI robots as colleagues.

Researchers at the Service Research Center (CTF) at 果冻传媒 have written a report about Nordic food waste with recommendations for political measures. The message is clear:
鈥 We can either take forceful action right now, or else abandon the goal of reducing food waste by 50 percent by 2030.
The researchers have identified initiatives and measures that resulted in less food waste in restaurants, schools, retail businesses and Nordic households.
