How do I read e-books?
All our e-books can be read online without logging in or using special programs. If you would like to make notes, print or download you may also need to create a personal account with the vendor.
Outside campus students and employees need to login with their KauID to use the e-books.
E-books come in different formats, the most common are PDF or EPUB. Both formats can be open or copyrighted.
The ICA Journalism Studies Division Book Award has been awarded to Henrik 脰rnebring and Michael Karlsson, both professors of media and communication science at 果冻传媒, for their book 鈥淛ournalistic Autonomy: The Genealogy of a Concept.鈥
Additionally, their article titled 鈥淩ecoding Journalism: Establishing Normative Dimensions for a Twenty-First Century News Media鈥 has achieved success and received The Bob Franklin Journal Article Award.
Cornelia Brantner holds a PhD and a master鈥檚 degree from the Department of Journalism and Communication at the University of Vienna, Austria.
After her PhD, she had a postdoctoral position which concluded with a few months at the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, where she deepened her knowledge of digital methods, such as network analysis.

IT security procedures for students processing personal data includes instructions for what students at 果冻传媒 need to consider in order to process personal data in a secure way when using their own IT equipment, such as a computer, and describes relevant security measures for IT security on Windows and macOS computers.

Guidelines for students鈥 KauID and network access includes instructions for what students at 果冻传媒 need to consider when managing their KauID as well as instructions and guidelines when using the University鈥檚 network infrastructure.
Definitions
IT service: 聽An IT service is a system or function that is available for the recipient to use, such as email, survey tools and video conferencing services.
Artist 1990: Record an album, book interviews, go on tour.
Artist 2023: Build a brand, get to know your target audience, release a song on digital platforms and make sure to keep the momentum going 24/7.

The PhD Mini Conference (doctoral colloquium) will be held at 果冻传媒 on October 22-23, 2024, alongside the main FEKIS conference. The PhD Mini Conference starts on October 22 after lunch (following the FEKIS PhD course in the morning), and will be held in a constructive, collaborative, inclusive and friendly environment.

What is research data?Research data is information and material collected or generated during the research process, and that form the basis for a scholarly analysis, regardless of the research domain.The research funding body requests a data management plan 鈥 what is that?A data management plan is requested because it supports the possibility of sharing data with others.
This text is meant to provide support to students who process personal data as part of independent projects/degree projects/essays (called 鈥渋ndependent projects鈥 below), but all students will benefit from the information provided in Part 1.
Aim of the text
The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and complementing Swedish legislation require that all work with personal data should be done transparently, correctly and securely.
Last autumn we had a visit from this little fellow at Ingesund. It's not a Martian, but a camera that takes pictures in 360-degree format for Google. So now you can take a tour of our fine premises. Did you know that we have a total of 50 practice rooms, two concert halls, our own bistro and a library? Warm welcome!

By its own account, Google depends on open source code and developers outside of the company.
